This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership team to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and foster a Lean Six Sigma culture within the Early Phase business unit.
• Facilitate and assist in Kaizen events in clinical or laboratory environments.
• Work alongside subject matter experts to gather and analyze data that supports recommendations for productivity, efficiency, complexity, and strategic opportunities.
• Create, document, and drive processes to ensure timely completion of projects and successful outcomes.
• Mentor team members throughout project execution and implementation processes.
• Provide education and training to team members on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, such as control charts, histograms, and root cause analysis.
• Conduct gap analyses to compare organizational needs with the availability of existing metrics.
• Develop and adjust reporting configurations to align with requirements.
• Design, create, modify, and troubleshoot methods that support business process analysis.
• Carry out proactive and reactive analyses to maintain data integrity and recognize opportunities for improvement.
• Assist management in assessing and evaluating initiatives, projects, and issues.
• Implement process management tools, including process mapping, documentation, metrics, monitoring systems, and process control techniques.
• Report directly to the General Manager of the Early Phase business unit.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
• At least three years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Proven expertise with statistical and process management software, flowcharting, and process mapping.
• Capability to achieve measurable productivity improvements.
• Experience with analytical laboratory or clinical project work.
• Established cross-functional team leadership skills, with the ability to influence individuals at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Experience in creating automated tracking systems using macros, scripts, or automation tools.
• Ability to effectively present complex concepts.
• Project management training and/or certification is advantageous.
