Operations Associate – Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver an exceptional support experience to customers.

• Submit applications to carriers and manage them until approval.

• Assist customers in navigating the healthcare system.

• Identify and troubleshoot transaction and experience-related issues.

• Record phone calls and emails with members in Zendesk.

• Address qualifying and benefit-specific inquiries.

• Provide scheduled phone and email support.

• Act as the initial point of contact for members seeking assistance.

• Help members discover the most suitable insurance options for their requirements.

• Become knowledgeable about the Vitable member experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid insurance agent license.

• Experience with Healthcare.gov and/or state-based exchanges like Covered California.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Capability to leverage insurance expertise to assist individuals in health coverage enrollment.

• Comfortable navigating digital platforms focused on support or sales.

• Experience with Zendesk is preferred.

• Preference for candidates with 5 or more state licenses.

• Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
