Technical Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Lead technical operations projects from initiation to completion

• Transition the meeting booking process to native HubSpot forms and create a standardized form approach across the website

• Establish standardized HubSpot segmentation for effective reporting and routing

• Integrate Google Search Console, GA4, and Merchant Center with Claude for automated insights and notifications

• Streamline repetitive tasks related to client account management and sales

• Enhance lead email performance, as measured by click-through rates and replies

• Systematize content audits through a well-defined process

• Automate operations for partnership and joint venture initiatives

• Assume responsibility for the management and enhancement of one of AmpiFire's products

• Document processes, promote usage, and ensure that new systems become standard operating procedures

• Provide status updates through written standups

• Report to the Director of Operations and collaborate closely with the CEO on various projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying workflows or tools in a production environment

• Capability to work independently and make decisions with minimal guidance

• Practical experience in creating systems rather than merely outlining or evaluating them

• Ability to transform challenges into actionable solutions without predefined specifications

• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot beyond the administrative level, including workflows, integrations, and segmentation architecture

• Proficiency in reading and modifying real code

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted tools for deploying workflows or tools into production

• Competency in documenting systems or empowering others to operate them

• Extensive experience with relevant tools and an aptitude for quickly learning new ones without formal training

• Familiarity with various platforms such as HubSpot, n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude, Claude Code, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Looker, Vercel, and APIs

• Management experience is advantageous but not essential

• HubSpot certification is not a prerequisite
