This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients
β’ Offer guidance and communication to the travel team, Attendee Experience and Program Managers, as well as clients
β’ Drive program timelines, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are achieved
β’ Adhere to established protocols for program preparation and departmental procedures
β’ Facilitate agent-assisted reservation fulfillment, which includes ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and voids
β’ Provide live meeting assistance and prepare flight records for ticketing
β’ Create and maintain precise Arrival & Departure manifests, inclusive of air itineraries and updates
β’ Handle SABRE-to-Cvent queues and execute quality control measures
β’ Assist with onsite preparations and collaborate with the after-hours team for onsite air support
β’ Manage program elements such as budgeting, site inspections, travel arrangements, and onsite execution
β’ Formulate and oversee program budgets in line with client expectations
β’ Monitor cost savings and avoidance throughout the entire program lifecycle
β’ Ensure the timely and accurate completion of final billing and reconciliations
β’ Deliver post-program evaluations, reporting, and insights to both clients and internal teams
β’ Over 5 years of experience in GDS (Sabre)
β’ Proficient in computer skills and adept at navigating various technology platforms
β’ Capability to manage multiple programs concurrently while maintaining precision and attention to detail
β’ Experience in domestic and international booking and ticketing
β’ Excellent listening, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
β’ Collaborative mindset for working alongside internal teams, clients, and external partners
β’ Skill in evaluating client needs and proposing strategic, service-oriented solutions
β’ Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
β’ Strong organizational capabilities with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
β’ Expertise in customer service and a consistent record of delivering exceptional client experiences
β’ Ability to manage stress, prioritize competing demands, and perform effectively under tight deadlines
β’ Enthusiasm for the hospitality and air travel sectors
β’ Willingness to travel up to 15%
β’ ARC certification is preferred
β’ Familiarity with Trams Back Office is preferred
β’ Commitment to ongoing professional growth and continuing education is preferred
