This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated customer accounts
• Foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Conduct regular business reviews to gain insights into customer goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
• Create and implement account plans that promote customer retention, expansion, and long-term success
• Drive renewals and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software solutions, subscriptions, and professional services
• Achieve or surpass revenue, retention, and growth objectives through proactive pipeline management
• Monitor customer health and proactively tackle risks that may impact satisfaction or retention
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to resolve issues and ensure positive customer experiences
• Educate customers on industry trends, best practices, and new product functionalities
• Keep precise sales forecasts, pipeline activity, customer records, and account plans in CRM systems
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Legal, and Finance teams
• Collect and relay customer feedback, market insights, and product enhancement requests to internal stakeholders
• Oversee customer retention, growth, and long-term success within an assigned account portfolio
• Minimum of 5 years of account management or customer growth experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience in managing enterprise or strategic customer accounts
• Proficiency in managing customer contracts, renewals, and commercial negotiations
• Track record of driving account expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
• Experience navigating complex sales processes, procurement cycles, and contract negotiations
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue, renewal, retention, or growth objectives
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, and Sales organizations (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret customer data, usage metrics, and business performance indicators (preferred)
• Knowledge of customer success methodologies and account planning frameworks (preferred)
• Excellent consultative selling, relationship management, and negotiation skills (preferred)
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities (preferred)
