Travel Lifestyle Consultant, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide advice to premium cardholders via phone and email in both German and English.

• Manage customer inquiries from the initial quote preparation through to billing for individual trips.

• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.

• Develop customized offers, travel documents, and comprehensive travel itineraries.

• Guide clients to facilitate unique luxury travel experiences.

• Promote special promotions and exclusive offers.

• Assist High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients with their leisure travel requests.

• Deliver concierge services using Ten’s proprietary technology-enabled platform and lifestyle management expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, at C2 level according to the Common European Framework.

• Strong enthusiasm for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture.

• Familiarity with GDS systems, preferably Amadeus.

• Service-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working effectively under pressure.

• Availability to work 5 days a week between 07:00 and 21:00 GMT, either from Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.

• Legal authorization to live and work in Spain without the need for visa sponsorship.

• Relevant professional experience in the travel industry.

• Practical experience in advising clients and arranging travel bookings.

• This position is not suitable for individuals looking to change careers.

• Must be located in Spain.

• A secure home office at the confirmed address, free from background noise or distractions is required.

• Minimum internet speeds for remote or hybrid work, which will be verified during recruitment and onboarding.
