This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of solutions for FMAX projects, including conversions and platform integrations.

• Ensure that client requirements are effectively addressed and integrated into the solutions provided.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on FMAX capabilities and the wider Fidelity technology landscape.

• Keep key clients informed about available features and forthcoming enhancements.

• Engage in discussions with clients regarding release notes, development initiatives, and updates to the product roadmap.

• Convey release and roadmap information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Assist in discussions with product and sales teams concerning architecture, integrations, and client requirements.

• Collaborate with clients, product teams, technology, distribution, and investment groups to promote platform growth, advisor engagement, and overall business success.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• An MBA, CFA, or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

• Extensive technical understanding of brokerage, advisory, and trust solutions platforms.

• Capability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience collaborating with C-suite executives to lead solution development and delivery for comprehensive wealth management ecosystems and workflows in large, complex organizations.

• Ability to influence and shape the future strategy of FMAX by representing client perspectives and guiding product development.

• Series 7 and 65 licenses are required; must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

• At least 15 years of experience in the financial services sector.

• Willingness to travel nationally up to 60% of the time.
