Behavior Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and observe clients to pinpoint target behaviors.

• Design and oversee Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with contributions from families and providers.

• Execute ABA-aligned strategies and interventions as directed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.

• Work collaboratively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance client progress.

• Offer clinical oversight, documentation, and regular progress updates in accordance with treatment objectives.

• Deliver in-community behavioral health support to clients aged 2–21.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must fulfill at least one of the specified qualification criteria: Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist license; BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis; graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis; or graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling along with one year of full-time direct mental health services experience with children/youth or a clinical/mental health practicum.

• Capability to clear PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.

• Licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, CRNP, or a similar credential permitting oversight of ABA services.

• Preferred leadership or supervisory experience in the behavioral health sector.

• Strong clinical acumen.
