Behavior Consultant, ABA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide direct care as well as supervisory responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for clients

• Monitor clients to recognize target behaviors

• Work collaboratively with clients aged 2–21, their families, and various service providers

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans that emphasize the strengths and areas for improvement in child, family, educational, social, and recreational aspects

• Continue the development and evaluation of preference assessments, reinforcement techniques, and other therapeutic strategies as prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist in accordance with the ITP

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree required

• Must hold a license in Pennsylvania as one of the following: Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a mental health certification (CRNP), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Social Worker (LSW), or Behavior Specialist (LBS)

• Scope of practice must encompass overseeing the delivery of ABA services

• BCaBA certification or another bachelor’s-level certification; OR

• At least one year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA; OR

• A minimum of one year of full-time experience delivering ABA services under the supervision of a professional with BCBA or another master’s-level certification in behavior analysis, along with at least 40 hours of ABA-related training; OR

• Pennsylvania psychologist license, in addition to a minimum of one year of full-time experience providing ABA services and at least 40 hours of ABA-related training
