Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in researching and planning vacations tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

• Investigate various destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation options, and other travel-related services.

• Prepare and present travel quotes alongside itinerary options for clients.

• Arrange travel bookings through authorized travel suppliers and booking platforms.

• Maintain communication with clients throughout the entire booking process, including before, during, and after their travels.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of client and reservation information.

• Process and oversee payments, deadlines, and final payment schedules.

• Keep abreast of supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel requirements.

• Engage in available training opportunities and professional development.

• Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients.

• Promote and expand your independent travel business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient in using computers, email, and various online platforms.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.

• Willingness to undergo training and continuously learn about the travel industry.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Previous experience in the travel industry is not required.
