This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute and uphold transportation pricing strategies throughout the customer network.
• Create and refine pricing models and Excel-based decision-support tools.
• Offer pricing guidance and approval assistance to Sales and Account Management teams.
• Evaluate transportation costs, product movements, returns, transfers, disposals, and pick-up activities to uncover cost recovery opportunities.
• Track pricing performance and suggest modifications based on business trends and operational data.
• Partner with Sales Virtual Senior Account Managers to ensure pricing uniformity and customer profitability.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Aid in the development and implementation of pricing policies.
• Identify and propose process enhancements that boost efficiency and lower transportation costs.
• Educate stakeholders on pricing tools, processes, and best practices.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, or an equivalent blend of education and relevant work experience.
• At least three years of experience in transportation, logistics, data analytics, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, trend identification, and the development of actionable insights to support business operations and decision-making.
• Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for a variety of stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Salesforce reporting, data analysis, and data visualization tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
• Strong public speaking, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• The selected candidate must reside anywhere within the United States.
