This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Oversee operations and processes for Coordinated Care Organizations and the transportation sectors of CareOregon.
• Ensure high service quality, program adherence, and effective communication between CCOs, CareOregon functions, delegated entities, providers, and internal teams.
• Manage transportation operations and support vendor, partnership, and project management initiatives.
• Organize program data and aid in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Analyze the effects of regulatory requirements, guidance modifications, and contractual changes on operations.
• Facilitate updates to policies, workflows, standard operating procedures, and program tools.
• Review and refine NEMT encounter and claims data, coordinating vendor data remediation efforts.
• Oversee the creation of brand, marketing, and communication materials.
• Collect and input data for program and project status reporting.
• Coordinate program integrity initiatives, audit validation, utilization data gathering, and monitoring reports.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, determining agenda topics, and co-facilitating both internal and external gatherings.
• Provide technical assistance for NEMT operational benefits education and identify systemic support challenges.
• Support vendor and partner meetings by managing scheduling, creating agendas, and taking notes.
• Track successes and gaps in vendor, partner, and subcontractor performance.
• Organize member transportation services and activities.
• Manage project and process improvement initiatives, including timelines, status updates, and contributor details.
• Utilize project management and process improvement tools effectively.
• Maintain oversight of tracking activities related to vendor, partner, and subcontractor operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operational support roles.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or social services catering to low-income individuals.
• Experience collaborating with vendors or other external partners is preferred.
• Developing understanding of operational and regulatory activities associated with Medicare and Medicaid programs and benefits.
• Growing familiarity with project management tools and principles.
• Ability to store, organize, and coordinate updates for policies and procedures efficiently.
• Capable of performing confidential assessments of operational requests, grievances, and appeals with sound judgment and discretion.
• Proficient in assembling, organizing, contributing to, and distributing programmatic materials, information, and data.
• Strong communication skills, encompassing spoken, written, and active listening abilities.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Competent in working independently with guidance from a supervisor.
• Able to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
• Ability to see, read, and perform repetitive finger and wrist movements for a minimum of 6 hours per day.
• Ability to hear and speak clearly for at least 3-6 hours per day.
