Transportation Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls from members and facilities.

• Support members in scheduling non-emergency medical transportation services.

• Provide exceptional customer service during complex or escalated member interactions.

• Consult with members to assess their needs and determine suitable transportation options.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with both members and facilities.

• Adjust service delivery to cater to various member personalities, needs, and situations.

• Employ positive and empathetic language to professionally represent the company.

• Utilize technology and automation to enhance transportation experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center setting (preferred).

• Familiarity with diagnosing and troubleshooting technology (preferred).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Flexible and receptive to change.

• Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of work.

• Responsible for tasks and obligations.

• A dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with a door.

• Adequate space to set up a workstation.

• Hardwired internet connection from the router to the laptop.

• Consistent and reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Three accessible power outlets.

• Capability to commit to a 40-hour workweek.

• Ability to engage in video or phone meetings and remain accessible during scheduled work hours.

• Full attendance required during the training period.

• Must be available for an 8-hour shift, whether first or second shift, including weekend availability.
