This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.
• Oversee the operational performance of the roadside team.
• Foster employee growth and motivation.
• Guide the team on timely dispatch, phone performance metrics, and operational effectiveness.
• Offer tailored training and development opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Step in as necessary to guarantee exceptional event management.
• Modify schedules and handle competing priorities effectively.
• Uphold high service standards across the call center.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field (Transportation, Call Center), or a different combination: a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 3 years of experience; a master’s degree with 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
• A degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
