Transport Operations Analyst (Mid-Level)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement the transportation operations assigned to you.

• Plan and organize shipments, taking into account deadlines, capacity, productivity, costs, and service levels.

• Supervise the entire operation from scheduling to the completion of deliveries.

• Track vehicles, shipments, pickups, transfers, and deliveries, addressing any deviations that occur.

• Resolve moderately complex operational challenges and escalate critical issues as necessary.

• Generate and oversee CT-e, MDF-e, freight contracts, and other essential documentation.

• Maintain up-to-date documents, systems, and records.

• Address any documentary, operational, and financial discrepancies that arise.

• Serve as a liaison for drivers, partners, customers, and internal teams.

• Guide drivers and partners regarding scheduling, pickups, deliveries, documentation, and procedures.

• Monitor freight charges, payments, expenses, and all financial transactions.

• Evaluate KPIs, prepare controls and reports, and assist in root-cause analyses.

• Engage in corrective and preventive actions, process enhancements, and standardization initiatives.

• Assist less experienced professionals and leadership in identifying issues.

• Ensure adherence to internal procedures, contractual obligations, and transportation regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in road freight transportation operations.

• Practical experience in issuing CT-e and MDF-e.

• Familiarity with verifying vehicle, driver, shipment, origin/destination, and document data prior to issuing transportation documents or releasing shipments.

• Experience in issuing CT-e, MDF-e, freight contracts, and CIOT, along with verifying and releasing vehicle and shipment documentation.

• Willingness to work a 12x36 night shift, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• Possession of a degree, associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent technical education.
