Transmission Line Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project scoping phases and manage projects from initiation to completion.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Right-of-Way, Environmental, Station Engineering, Telecom, and Construction.

• Perform construction site inspections to verify design adherence under the guidance of senior mentors.

• Design transmission lines utilizing PLS-CADD software.

• Create foundation designs using MFAD software.

• Generate load sheets and detailed drawings for custom steel poles.

• Compile comprehensive material lists and prepare Issue for Construction (IFC) specification documents.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from the initial scoping phase to the final construction stage.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Transmission Line Engineering.

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Proficiency in PLS CADD (mandatory).

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification (preferred).

• Familiarity with MFAD software (preferred).

• Capability to conduct construction site visits and ensure compliance with design standards.
