Translation Project Manager – US Hours

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple language-focused projects simultaneously.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects that meet quality standards and adhere to scope.

• Communicate project scope and expectations to teams while keeping clients updated on progress and status.

• Collaborate closely with the project management team and language specialists.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of language-related projects using project management tools.

• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines that align with SLAs and client specifications.

• Track project progress, identifying challenges and successes.

• Preserve project documentation, including plans, reports, and communications, utilizing document management software like SharePoint.

• Generate quotes and invoices through project management and accounting software.

• Ensure compliance with company project management standards and procedures.

• Identify discrepancies and areas for enhancement, reporting them to relevant stakeholders.

• Facilitate meetings, document outcomes when necessary, and distribute minutes and action items to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as business, management, or language studies.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing localization projects.

• Essential fluency in English.

• Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure to satisfy client needs and business goals.
