Clinical Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee global, multicenter clinical research initiatives spanning various therapeutic domains

• Ensure clinical research projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and upholding high quality standards

• Direct and lead multifunctional project teams

• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to project team members

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding all project-related matters

• Participate in bid defense meetings

• Engage in proposal development and client presentations

• Apply company standard practices and adhere to intradepartmental procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or in a similar role (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead)

• Experience in global or regional clinical project management, overseeing all project services from initiation to completion

• Preferred therapeutic background in oncology and/or gastrointestinal fields, including IBD, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease

• Prior experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects is preferred

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (or a related field), or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to foster robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Proficiency in confident negotiation

• Skills in team building, resource allocation, and organization

• Flexibility to work in a remote or hybrid environment
