Clinical Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee global, multi-center clinical research projects across diverse therapeutic areas.

• Ensure the timely delivery of clinical research projects within budget while adhering to high-quality standards.

• Lead and direct multifunctional project teams.

• Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to project team members.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding all project-related matters.

• Participate in bid defense meetings.

• Contribute to proposal development and client presentations.

• Apply company standard practices and adhere to interdepartmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or in a similar role (e.g., Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Study Team Lead).

• Experience in global or regional clinical project management, overseeing all project services from initiation to completion.

• Preferred therapeutic experience in oncology, and/or gastrointestinal (GI), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.

• Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects is a plus.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (or a related field), or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Proficient in team building, resource allocation, and organizational management.
