Translation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple language-related projects concurrently

• Ensure timely project delivery while meeting quality standards and adhering to project scope

• Effectively communicate project scope and expectations to teams, keeping clients updated on progress and status

• Plan, implement, and track language-related projects utilizing project management tools

• Develop and manage project schedules and timelines in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and client needs

• Track project advancements, obstacles, and achievements

• Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and communications, using software like SharePoint

• Generate quotes and invoices using project management and accounting applications

• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for project management

• Identify discrepancies and areas for enhancement, reporting them to the appropriate stakeholders

• Facilitate meetings, document discussions as needed, and share minutes and action items with the team

• Collaborate closely with the project management team and language professionals

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field such as business, management, or language studies

• At least 2 years of experience in managing localization projects

• Proficient fluency in English is essential

• Knowledge of an additional language is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

• Ability to prioritize tasks and operate efficiently under pressure to fulfill client needs and business goals
