This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the customer's business transformation and oversee the transformation roadmap, going beyond just the Duvo deployment.

• Function as a management consultant integrated within the customer's business environment.

• Collaborate with C-level executives and board members to align Duvo capabilities with revenue, margin, capital return, and workforce results.

• Develop compelling business cases for operational changes and secure buy-in from budget holders.

• Lead organizational change initiatives by assisting in the redesign of roles and workflows centered around AI.

• Work alongside customer leadership to ensure successful adoption of transformations and sustainable process changes.

• Determine the priority processes for transformation in conjunction with the customer's COO.

• Assess the adoption of new processes and evaluate improvements in business metrics.

• Present evidence packs to boards and executive teams.

• Propel pilot projects into company-wide implementations and identify opportunities for subsequent expansion.

• Maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, demonstrate proof of outcomes, and manage the commercial discussions following successful transformations.

• Collaborate with AI Solutions Consultants who develop automations and workflows.

• Conduct customer-focused hiring interviews and discussions related to transformations, stakeholder management, outcome measurement, and challenging customer situations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in FMCG or retail; direct involvement with retailers or CPG companies is essential.

• Background in Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms, including engagement in transformation projects at Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, McKinsey, or Accenture.

• Capability to interact credibly with COOs, CFOs, and board members.

• Experience in establishing baselines, monitoring metrics, and validating ROI.

• Proficiency in leading strategic discussions and constructing business cases for operational modifications.

• Ability to manage high-level customer relationships and engage in conversations about commercial growth.

• Familiarity with transformations that span multiple business units or regions is advantageous.

• Experience with automation platforms like RPA or workflow tools is a plus.

• Practical experience in change management, particularly in adopting new operational methodologies is helpful.

• Proficiency in Czech, French, or a Nordic language is beneficial.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and indicate if visa sponsorship is necessary.
