This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +4 more countries.
• Lead comprehensive payroll and employee lifecycle transformation and implementation initiatives across various countries.
• Conduct local country discovery activities and establish future-state solutions.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors for effective implementation and integration.
• Facilitate workshops, collect business requirements, and assist in solution design.
• Supervise testing, payroll validations, and readiness for go-live.
• Aid in change management, training, and transition to operational support.
• Ensure adherence to local laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
• Provide updates and recommendations on the project to senior leadership and program stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Global Payroll Transformation Lead, along with local and global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish.
• Extensive experience in project management within payroll, HR transformation, or shared services settings.
• Demonstrated experience in leading payroll implementation projects in complex, multinational organizations.
• Strong familiarity with Workday, particularly related to payroll processes and integrations.
• Comprehensive understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle procedures.
• Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change management abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for essential workshops and project milestones.
• Background in supporting organizations that operate across Nordic countries.
• Experience with Strada, divestments, or carve-out projects is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
