Transformation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Lead essential transformation initiatives from conception to execution.

• Transition end-to-end domain processes from their current state to a fundamentally reimagined future state utilizing AI, automation, and data.

• Develop execution roadmaps, decompose work into manageable deliverable stages, address dependencies, and drive implementation and acceptance.

• Oversee specified projects within the transformation portfolio, with responsibility for execution, outcomes, and measurable impact.

• Collaborate with business teams to map, develop, pilot, and implement innovative working methods.

• Quickly engage with unfamiliar subject matter and establish trust with sponsors and teams.

• Challenge assumptions through analysis and factual evidence.

• Convert discussions into decisions, decisions into designs, and designs into deliveries.

• Monitor financial and operational impacts to ensure that benefits are realized.

• Facilitate working sessions and prepare materials for steering committees and executive reviews.

• Manage milestones, project owners, dependencies, risks, and escalations to maintain project timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, project management, process improvement, or an analytical role.

• Proven ability to quickly learn in unfamiliar domains.

• Experience in owning a project from start to finish and achieving results.

• Regularly utilizes AI in personal work and can provide examples.

• Background in consulting, rotational, or leadership-development programs; familiarity with complex business challenges is advantageous.

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or familiarity with structured problem-solving is welcome.

• Proficient in using AI daily for research, synthesis, analysis, and drafting tasks.

• Strong analytical abilities, including Excel modeling and handling messy data.

• Comfortable using Power BI or similar tools.

• Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, agile sprints, and value stream mapping.

• Data literacy to identify when a workflow can be automated.

• Curiosity about the connection between process work and P&L outcomes.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required.

• Approval for periodic background checks as mandated by CFATS or relevant regulations.
