This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all administrative and financial components of the TPSID grant, ensuring adherence to federal regulations, institutional policies, and sponsor requirements.
• Prepare and submit annual performance reports, continuation applications, and financial documents.
• Monitor grant spending and collaborate with Financial Affairs to uphold fiscal accountability.
• Lead the documentation and evaluation processes in conjunction with external evaluators.
• Work closely with the evaluation team to guarantee the collection of valid, reliable data concerning student outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Analyze evaluation results to inform ongoing improvements and ensure program sustainability.
• Assist in disseminating program outcomes through conferences, publications, and community presentations.
• Create training recommendations for grant-funded staff, including Transition Specialists and student workers.
• Provide support to the Global Inclusive Program team and foster collaboration across Academic Affairs, Student Life, Disability Services, Career Services, and other departments.
• Act as the primary institutional liaison to the U.S. Department of Education and national TPSID networks.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local school districts, the Colorado Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, employers, and community organizations.
• Advocate for inclusive employment opportunities for GLOBAL students and alumni.
• Represent the TPSID grant program in state, regional, and national discussions on inclusive postsecondary education.
• Identify potential sources for additional funding, grants, and philanthropic support to sustain and expand the program beyond the initial grant period.
• Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in grant management, program leadership, or administration within higher education or nonprofit environments.
• Proven knowledge of inclusive higher education practices and/or transition services for students with intellectual disabilities.
• Experience in budget management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with federal grants, particularly TPSID or similar postsecondary educational initiatives, is preferred.
• Knowledge of evaluation and data collection techniques for program assessment.
• Understanding of Jesuit and mission-driven educational contexts.
