This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously involving Adobe and Salesforce, ranging from platform upgrades to comprehensive enterprise implementations.

• Lead technical teams consisting of consultants and platform experts to deploy front-office solutions within complex client settings.

• Deliver transparent status updates and facilitate risk discussions with executive stakeholders.

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, revenue reporting, and margins in alignment with targets.

• Report financials related to implementation projects and ongoing service engagements.

• Execute project delivery using Kantata and Jira, monitoring project health and resource distribution.

• Choose and modify delivery methodologies, either waterfall or agile, in response to evolving project needs.

• Accommodate various time zones by demonstrating flexibility in working hours as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing technology implementations for enterprise clients, preferably within a consultancy environment.

• Proven experience in delivering projects using Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce, with a solid understanding of the technical aspects.

• Successful track record in concurrently managing multiple client projects.

• Responsible for the commercial aspects of project budgets, margins, change requests, and statements of work.

• Strong executive presence to effectively lead status meetings and navigate challenging risk discussions with senior client stakeholders.

• Proficient in both waterfall and agile methodologies.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is advantageous.

• Familiarity with PSA and work-tracking tools such as Kantata and Jira.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
