This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Collaborate with the expanding team to facilitate transformation initiatives.
• Deliver quality products to customers promptly and in a cost-effective manner.
• Offer financial and operational support to the Vice President of Operations.
• Provide recommendations to enhance the overall financial performance of the service organization.
• Collaborate with team members on strategic initiatives, including the annual budget and monthly forecasts.
• Supervise executive-level strategic projects for Operations and Service functions.
• Manage the development of transformational projects aimed at driving profitable growth throughout Custom Truck One Source.
• Offer thought leadership and insights to key stakeholders via reporting development.
• Create complex financial and operational models.
• Engage with department leaders across the organization to deliver insightful, action-oriented analysis.
• Assist Service and Operations functions by quantifying, developing, managing, and executing strategic business priorities.
• Act as a crucial link between Service, Finance, Commercial teams, and segment leadership.
• Research, analyze, reconcile, and validate diverse data sets and information to guide business decisions.
• Design and implement financial models for critical business decision-making.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• An MBA is preferred.
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience reviewing financial statements and/or performance metrics and communicating results to senior management.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Proven success in collaborating with diverse individuals to implement business changes.
• Proficient in data and financial reporting within Excel.
• A self-starter with the capability to streamline functions and a desire to learn and grow.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of working independently.
• Experience working with and presenting to senior executives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a comfort level in engaging with executive-level management.
• Highly proficient in Excel formulas, functions, and data organization.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate respect and sensitivity for cultural differences, promoting a harassment-free environment.
