Transformation and Change Management Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead extensive transformation and change-management initiatives for private equity investors, portfolio companies, and technology-driven businesses.

• Transform strategic goals into actionable transformation programs that align across operating models, technologies, processes, personnel, and governance.

• Define complex challenges, facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders, establish the rationale for change, and sustain delivery momentum.

• Link transformation priorities with product, engineering, data, platforms, delivery capabilities, and technology operating models.

• Develop change-adoption strategies that encompass stakeholder alignment, communication, organizational design, capability enhancement, program governance, and realization of benefits.

• Collaborate with investment teams, boards, executive leadership, and colleagues across various commercial, operational, financial, and technical disciplines.

• Oversee multi-workstream transformation initiatives from diagnosis and mobilization to sustained delivery and measurable results.

• Formulate transformation roadmaps that outline target operating models, initiative sequencing, responsibilities, investment needs, risks, and benefits.

• Set up program governance and establish delivery rhythms.

• Foster stakeholder commitment through effective communication and change approaches focused on adoption.

• Interpret technical and operational challenges into commercial implications for growth, customer outcomes, margins, resilience, investment risks, and value creation.

• Assist in post-deal value enhancement while ensuring business continuity.

• Build client relationships, contribute to proposition development, and mentor peers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience leading transformation, change management, operating model enhancement, technology-driven transformation, or complex program execution.

• Proven success in directing large-scale, cross-functional change programs with senior sponsors and diverse stakeholder groups.

• Experience in shaping and executing transformation roadmaps, program governance, organizational and process change, capability enhancement, and realization of benefits.

• Ability to articulate a compelling, evidence-based narrative that clarifies the necessity for change, outlines required actions, and defines how progress will be assessed.

• Strong commercial acumen and the capacity to connect transformation efforts to business value, including growth, costs, customer experience, risks, and operational performance.

• Adequate technology fluency to engage credibly with product, engineering, data, and technology leaders and to integrate technological changes into a broader transformation agenda.

• Preferred experience in private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development, or rapidly growing technology firms.

• Domain expertise in areas such as insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
