Transfer Acquisition Specialist – Agency to Carrier Book Roll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement designated agency book transfer and conversion projects.

• Carry out conversion schedules and sequences for assigned books.

• Assist in converting transferred quotes into finalized policies.

• Serve as the main contact for agencies throughout the assigned conversions.

• Offer guidance on conversion processes, workflows, and necessary documentation.

• Raise issues or risks as required.

• Monitor the progress of conversions and outcomes from quotes to policies.

• Aid in retention efforts during transitions with carriers.

• Identify challenges in conversion and suggest corrective measures.

• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Technology teams.

• Assist in data migration, policy issuance, and renewal scheduling activities.

• Track conversion metrics for the projects assigned.

• Ensure precise reporting and provide updates on status.

• Highlight risks or performance-related concerns.

• This position does not entail any supervisory responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in working with independent agencies or agency operations.

• Familiarity with P&C insurance products.

• Ability to sell effectively and address objections.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Previous experience in book transfer and conversion is preferred.

• A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.

• A combination of education and experience may be considered instead of the above educational requirements.

• Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor individuals for work visas.

• A dedicated, private workspace that is free from distractions when working remotely.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
