📋 Description

• Develop and sustain dashboards and tools for Transactions, Success, Product, and leadership.

• Transform business inquiries into dependable decision-making systems by defining issues, gathering evidence, and evaluating outcomes.

• Integrate data from calls, feedback, emails, and market research to comprehend customer purchasing, listing, and selling behaviors.

• Recognize trends among customers and identify opportunities for improved processes, product modifications, or integrations.

• Propel the marketplace growth model by enhancing sourcing, catalog reliability, and digital sales.

• Establish feedback loops to assess the impact of campaigns and product changes on adoption, transaction volumes, and efficiency.

• Design, implement, and execute campaigns that facilitate easier digital buying and selling within the ecosystem.

• Monitor impact and ensure data integrity by probing inconsistencies.

• Convert customer insights into clear evidence for other teams.

• Detect and resolve internal bottlenecks through automation and enhanced workflows.

• Utilize automation, data analysis, research, and prototyping tools to construct better workflows.

• Evaluate outcomes against actual customer results to determine when to apply automation versus human judgment.

• Capability to tackle ambiguous problems using data, spreadsheets, SQL, or coding.

• Comfort in working with both structured and unstructured data.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives.

• Interest in marketplaces, B2B SaaS, and operational systems.

• Humble, diligent, and team-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in English (mandatory).

• Experience in the floriculture industry is highly advantageous.
