Trainer / Instructor – IT Specialist Retraining Program, System Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-oriented instruction from a home office utilizing WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Employ a variety of teaching techniques to create and deliver lessons.

• Develop and prepare educational materials in alignment with the curriculum.

• Conduct evaluations to assess competency growth.

• Assist course participants in enhancing their professional abilities and integrating into the job market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or a comparable qualification.

• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable professional experience.

• Professional experience in configuring and managing Microsoft servers.

• Understanding of virtualization, especially Hyper-V.

• Familiarity with Linux is a plus.

• Interest in incorporating AI and ChatGPT into educational practices.

• Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is preferred.

• Proof of pedagogical competence, such as an instructor qualification in accordance with AEVO.

• Strong methodological and didactic skills for effectively delivering course content.

• Independent, organized work approach with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.

• Outstanding proficiency in the instructional language: German at C2 level.
