Benefits Integration Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily production support for Benefits Integration Systems.

• Address ServiceNow tickets associated with benefits processing and ensure data integrity.

• Execute corrections for leave, SSN, and pension data in alignment with policies and compliance standards.

• Work collaboratively with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams to diagnose issues and uphold precise system data.

• Record recurring issues and facilitate ongoing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Equivalent experience may be accepted in place of formal education.

• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience in supporting HR, payroll, or benefits systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to manage sensitive data responsibly.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar applications.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
