This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for the comprehensive Oracle EPM Cloud solution architecture and act as the design authority for module configuration, integration, and data workflows.
• Create structures for Enterprise Data Management, encompassing applications, viewpoints, hierarchies, node types, request workflows, and subscriptions.
• Convert business rules and cost-allocation strategies into EPM designs, prioritizing out-of-the-box features over custom solutions.
• Build business rules, calculation logic, and data integrations utilizing Calculation Manager, Groovy rules, EPM data integration, EPM Automate, and REST APIs.
• Evaluate and authorize technical designs, configurations, and code packages generated during each sprint.
• Design inbound integrations from DMHRSi, GFEBS, MHS GENESIS, and DMLSS.
• Create the outbound monthly transmission file for the Data Repository.
• Provide insights on platform performance, environment strategy, and the impacts of Oracle's quarterly updates.
• Engage in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives alongside Government stakeholders.
• Guide configuration and development teams while conducting peer reviews.
• Lead the design, development, and unit testing of custom interfaces, extensions, and integrations.
• Collect requirements, convert business needs into technical specifications, and oversee data-interface workflows.
• Offer expert advice across all five EPM modules and assist with release management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Over 12 years of experience in IT.
• More than 7 years of practical experience in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud EPM or similar ERP financial solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle EPM Enterprise Data Management and at least two additional in-scope modules.
• Experience in designing solutions for Federal Government clients.
• Familiarity with cloud-based software, including SaaS, COTS, GOTS, or Commercial Service solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, especially in customer-facing Scrum interactions.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST, and FISMA compliance and security standards.
• Over 8 years of experience in software/interface development.
• Experience with API-based integrations and middleware on an enterprise scale.
• Hands-on development experience with EPM business rules, data integration, and automation scripting.
• Experience in designing multi-module EPM solutions featuring shared master data and hierarchies.
• Capability to lead design workshops and communicate architecture decisions to Government stakeholders.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 background investigation and CAC eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must meet eligibility criteria for accessing classified information and be able to secure a government-granted security clearance.
