📋 Description

• Assess the accuracy and logical coherence of AI-generated financial outputs

• Evaluate and rank various model responses according to their relevance to transaction finance workflows

• Annotate data points to rectify errors or identify inaccuracies

• Provide concise written feedback detailing the rationale behind ranking decisions

• Analyze AI-generated documents and data points pertaining to transaction finance

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in transaction finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or investment banking

• Strong comprehension of financial modeling and deal structuring

• Proficient in reviewing technical financial documents and data

• Exceptional written communication skills for providing clear annotations

• Direct experience as a financial analyst, transaction advisory specialist, M&A professional, or corporate finance manager
