Financial Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients remotely via video, chat, and email to offer insights on budgeting, retirement preparedness, equity compensation, and related subjects.

• Provide advice and tailor the LearnLux methodology to financial planning topics pertinent to Japan.

• Engage in regular team meetings and share subject matter expertise to enhance the LearnLux digital platform.

• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ benefit plans and serve as an extension of their team during open enrollment periods.

• Collaborate with the content team to create outlines, review lessons, and approve materials for the LearnLux digital platform.

• Spearhead engagement initiatives for employer partners, including digital webinars and occasional in-person events.

⛳️ Requirements

• CFP, AFP, CMA, or an equivalent personal financial advisor designation.

• Proficient in both English and Japanese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience across various personal finance domains: Retirement, Equity Compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, insurance, and more.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and accept guidance from various team members.

• Experience in startup and/or Fintech environments (preferred).

• Background in creating presentations and addressing large audiences (preferred).
