This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, develop, update, and deliver training materials and programs, which include presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and video content.
• Oversee and coordinate the training program for Account Services and Control Accounting.
• Assess training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations for ongoing improvement to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to determine training needs for new hires, process updates, system implementations, and organizational changes.
• Develop and manage the training calendar.
• Design and implement tailored onboarding training plans for new associates.
• Maintain documentation of associate training progress, certifications, and completions.
• Create and sustain training documentation, internal guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with Account Services and Control Accounting processes, systems, and industry trends.
• Mentor associates through instruction, coaching, real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices, and offering advice on methods.
• Work with stakeholders to enhance training materials and programs and assist with training logistics.
• Address training-related inquiries, resolve issues, and support reporting requirements.
• Engage in professional development through educational opportunities, internal training, and networking.
• Carry out other duties as required and assigned.
• Associate’s degree in communication, accounting, or a related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in Mutual Funds processing with training experience or a comparable background.
• Equivalent education, experience, and knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) will be considered.
• Familiarity with online learning resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
• Advanced technical skills with the capacity to deliver effective virtual training sessions, including e-learning and training videos.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Capability to plan and delegate the work of others.
• Ability to evaluate performance and implement corrective actions.
• Skill in developing systems and procedures to enhance operational quality and efficiency.
• Creative and analytical thinking skills for troubleshooting.
