This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily logistics involved in training and onboarding for care teams.
• Take ownership of the training calendar and coordinate with subject matter experts and trainers for each session.
• Ensure that all new hires complete their onboarding process within the designated timeframe.
• Convert Clinical Operations' training framework into detailed session designs, which include materials, activities, and pacing.
• Manage trainers and contributors, providing feedback on the quality of their delivery.
• Create and maintain training calendars across various markets, sequencing cohorts and managing session logistics.
• Analyze completion data and gather new hire feedback, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop reusable templates, job aids, and a training library for launching new markets.
• Establish metrics to assess training effectiveness and enhance content and delivery.
• Lead the execution of training week and ensure readiness for new market launches.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and market leadership to synchronize training schedules with hiring and launch plans.
• Engage in market launch planning to guarantee that cohorts receive timely training.
• Manage the new hire onboarding checklist and Learning Management System across markets.
• Coordinate the availability of SMEs and trainers while distributing materials prior to sessions.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes and support shadowing with Care Team Managers.
• 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or training program management, including experience in scaling a program across multiple locations.
• Capable of advocating for changes using data, while being disciplined enough to work within the framework of Clinical Operations.
• Proven experience in managing trainers or training delivery personnel.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple training initiatives, launches, and stakeholders at once.
• Proficient in utilizing data and feedback to assess training effectiveness and foster continuous improvement.
• Committed to enhancing the experience of individuals navigating a cancer diagnosis and eager to build the team that fulfills that mission.
• Previous experience in healthcare is highly preferred.
• Ability to work during East Coast or Central hours.
