Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training to new customer experience representatives

• Conduct virtual training sessions

• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations

• Implement diverse teaching methods to cater to various learning styles

• Monitor learner comprehension and identify knowledge deficiencies

• Execute knowledge assessments, exercises, role plays, and practical activities

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching

• Assist learners who need additional support

• Prepare new hires for their transition from training to production

• Collaborate with Team Leads and leadership to ensure learner readiness

• Keep accurate training records and communicate learner progress effectively

• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training

• Experience in healthcare/medical customer service is essential

• Background in delivering training to customer service/contact center teams

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish

• Excellent verbal and written English skills

• Strong presentation and communication abilities

• Confident in delivering training in a virtual setting

• Tech-savvy and adept at learning new systems and platforms

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Patient, approachable, and skilled at coaching diverse learners

• Strong team-oriented mindset

• Willingness to work U.S. business hours

• Ready to start immediately

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and an appropriate remote workspace

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor

• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported)

• Minimum 16 GB RAM

• Dual monitors required

• Webcam and wired USB headset

• i5 processor or higher

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection

• Backup power solution necessary

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México
