AI Expert – Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and implement enterprise learning programs, serving as the subject matter expert.

• Conduct live training sessions, workshops, hackathons, and coaching for enterprise groups, accommodating up to 100 participants.

• Facilitate signature formats and adapt them dynamically to the audience present.

• Address technical inquiries regarding AI tools during training sessions.

• Organize dry-runs and debriefs, integrating feedback from delivery experiences into program design.

• Develop blended learning programs and multi-month educational journeys, defining impact goals, learning objectives, module structures, session sequences, and tasks for learning transfer.

• Choose appropriate pedagogical strategies, formats, and instructional methods based on client maturity, audience demographics, and organizational goals.

• Create course materials, exercises, facilitator guides, and learner resources, while maintaining the course library.

• Lead discussions for scoping and diagnostics with Learning & Development leaders, departmental heads, and senior stakeholders.

• Contribute to proposals and engage in pre-sales discussions, focusing on scoping, feasibility, and effort estimation.

• Maintain practical expertise in the generative AI sector, particularly in Microsoft Copilot, M365, and Power Platform.

• Assist freelance trainers through onboarding processes and session evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in instructional design or Learning & Development, with complete ownership of program architecture, preferably for corporate settings.

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating live training for enterprise audiences, including senior-level and technical participants.

• Practitioner-level proficiency with generative AI tools, capable of building, troubleshooting, and instructing others on their use.

• Skill in simplifying complex technical content for non-technical audiences.

• Experience working with large enterprise clients and navigating their stakeholder environments.

• Fluency in German at the C2 level.

• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.

• Residing in Germany.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot, M365, Power Platform) is advantageous.
