Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Provide education and training on Medtronic Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies, therapies, procedures, and initiatives beyond the product.

• Assist new hires participating in the training program.

• Act as an education and content specialist within project or launch teams.

• Collaborate with MedEd, Digital Education, Marketing, sales leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance and deliver training programs.

• Develop and conduct workshops and hands-on training for external audiences.

• Offer classroom, lab, or web-based instruction on technical products and procedures.

• Conduct competency-based skills assessments for trainees.

• Provide subject matter expertise regarding products, therapies, procedures, and initiatives beyond the product to Medical Education and Product Development teams.

• Observe market trends and competitor activities in conjunction with Marketing, Sales, and Market Intelligence teams.

• Cultivate expertise in RAS System Technology, RAS System applications, advanced technology, OR Efficiency, Training Pathway processes, and training/coaching methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical, or technical roles within the medical device or healthcare sector.

• Experience with medical devices related to Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies, capital equipment, or similar technologies.

• Background in clinical and/or operating room environments.

• Demonstrated experience in training, including responsibilities related to technical training.

• Familiarity with learning and educational technologies, including programming systems.

• Proficiency in both English and Polish.

• Strong analytical abilities and exceptional problem-solving skills.

• Experience in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating product- and procedure-based technical education and training using blended learning methods.

• Professional work ethic.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
