Training Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the logistics for C-sUAS training, which includes managing facilities, equipment, transportation, and accommodations across various locations.

• Handle student nominations, rosters, and administrative tasks for Domestic Shield, onboarding, BDOC, and Joint Force C-sUAS training.

• Assist the MTT Synchronization Cell Lead by maintaining calendars, tracking status, and resolving conflicts.

• Create and distribute training schedules, orders, and necessary documentation in accordance with JCU standards.

• Monitor training metrics, attendance, completion statistics, and instructor surge capacity.

• Act as the main point of contact for instructors, cadre, and units regarding operational issues.

• Aid in surge planning and provide swift responses to new C-sUAS training needs.

• Keep precise records and ensure adherence to reporting obligations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.

• At least five (5) years of experience in DoW training or operations.

• A minimum of 5+ years in training operations, administrative roles, or logistics coordination.

• An active Secret clearance is required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in supporting military training pipelines, Mobile Training Teams, or C-sUAS/base defense training is desirable.

• Familiarity with Joint C-UAS University or JIATF-401 frameworks is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools.

• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
