This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more countries.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs within the applicant's specific manufacturing sector.
• Analyze the written assignments, AI agent's contributions, generated files, and AI grader's evaluation sheet.
• Determine the realism and relevance of the tasks in relation to the job.
• Validate domain-specific content, including standards, figures, regulations, and constraints.
• Review eleven yes/no grading questions and articulate disagreements with justifications.
• Independently assign a score band to the work and evaluate its usability or acceptability by a practitioner.
• Contrast the independently assigned score band with the reported score.
• Allocate approximately one hour for each item.
• Avoid performing the underlying task or redoing the work of the AI agent.
• Provide a brief rationale for every decision made.
• Must apply for one of five available positions: Buyers and Purchasing Agents; First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers; Mechanical Engineers; Industrial Engineers; or Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks.
• Buyers and Purchasing Agents: Minimum of 5 years of experience placing real purchase orders and negotiating with responsible suppliers.
• First-Line Supervisors of Production and Operating Workers: At least 5 years of experience managing a shift or production line, including scheduling and personnel management.
• Mechanical Engineers: A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing parts or systems that were manufactured.
• Industrial Engineers: At least 3 years of experience conducting capacity, throughput, layout, or time studies that resulted in changes to plant operations.
• Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerks: Minimum of 4 years of experience managing receiving, cycle counts, and ensuring inventory accuracy in a real warehouse or plant.
• Proficiency in near-native business English.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets or PDFs to verify numerical accuracy.
• Practical experience in manufacturing, such as conducting root-cause analyses, PPAP, first-article inspections, managing cycle-count variances, or rectifying errors in method sheets.
• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible for support.
• Engagement as an independent contractor is required.
