This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Facilitate live training sessions for new employees on Shapely’s essential platforms, which include EMR/EHR systems, telehealth tools, communication tools, and Workspace.
• Assist new hires in navigating internal forms, workflows, and operational procedures during their initial days.
• Oversee the technical setup process, which encompasses account creation, system access, and profile configuration.
• Direct technical issues to the IT department as necessary and ensure follow-up for resolution.
• Develop, organize, and sustain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensure training modules, guides, SOPs, and quizzes remain accurate and current.
• Produce training materials, including internal video tutorials, educational slides, and documented SOPs.
• Offer first-line troubleshooting support and channel complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Work in collaboration with HR, IT, Operations, Clinical, and Support teams to uphold uniform onboarding workflows.
• Provide assistance with training initiatives across Sales, Dietitians, and Patient Support, which includes SOP updates and process refreshers.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, onboarding, HR operations, customer success, or a related role.
• Strong expertise in EMR/EHR systems and telehealth or other healthcare-related platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High technical aptitude with the capacity to quickly learn new systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in supporting users or teams through troubleshooting and tool adoption processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with teams across different time zones.
• Comfortable operating within distributed teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Preferred: Experience with video recording and editing at a basic or intermediate level.
