Lead Analyst, Internal Communication

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in standardizing the company's internal communications strategy as it expands, creating consistent methods to inform employees about business strategies, priorities, and culture.

• Utilize video as a primary medium for delivering internal messages.

• Draft and refine internal newsletters, employee emails, leadership communications, and materials for All Hands meetings.

• Manage an internal editorial calendar that outlines the tone, approach, and frequency of communications.

• Collaborate on communication strategies for significant company announcements and milestones.

• Collect and analyze employee feedback to enhance the effectiveness of communications.

• Oversee and advance the company’s strategies on LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Produce and curate social media content that resonates with both buyer audiences and employees while reinforcing the Icertis brand.

• Highlight employees, culture, leadership, customer narratives, milestones, events, and perspectives.

• Direct the Icertis Booster Club, an employee advocacy initiative.

• Stay informed about social media trends, content formats, creator behaviors, and platform updates.

• Monitor social media performance and adjust content, messaging, and channel strategies accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee communications, or a similar domain, ideally within a technology organization.

• Outstanding writing and editing capabilities, with a talent for simplifying complex subjects into clear and engaging content.

• Deep knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram, particularly what makes content engaging and effective on each platform.

• A genuine passion for social media, emerging content formats, and digital culture.

• Capability to translate business strategies and corporate messaging into communications that feel relatable and relevant.
