This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Reconcile clinical trial receivables to guarantee accurate and timely final billing to pharmaceutical companies.
• Align Sarah Cannon financial study data from various sources.
• Analyze and interpret contracts and budgets.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to address discrepancies.
• Address information requests from Corporate, Internal Audit, Operations, and Management.
• Examine contracted revenue triggers to assess eligibility for reimbursement.
• Ensure that processing and reporting deadlines are consistently met.
• Execute other assigned tasks as needed.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance within a medical, clinical trial research, or healthcare-related setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, with above-average skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with financial accounting systems like QuickBooks.
• Understanding of research methods for analyzing and evaluating financial data and information.
• Must reside in the United States.
