Senior Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement functional, non-functional, security, performance, regression, usability, and end-to-end multichannel testing.

• Develop, establish, and sustain test automation scripts.

• Analyze and report on the results of automated tests.

• Execute SQL queries to verify data post system transactions and workflows.

• Engage in Scrum/Kanban agile ceremonies and serve as a quality advocate from the inception of features.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and monitor the resolution of bugs and discrepancies.

• Communicate the quality status, risks, and issues to developers, managers, and Product Owners (POs).

• Perform testing on self-service, IVR, and WhatsApp chatbot workflows to ensure a positive user experience and effective integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong command over various testing types, including functional, non-functional, regression, security, performance, usability, and end-to-end multichannel testing.

• Proficient in creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience in developing and managing automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium.

• Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Proven experience in software testing and agile methodologies.

• Background in testing self-service channels including IVR and WhatsApp/chatbots.

• Experience with REST/SOAP API testing.

• Ability to write SQL queries to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and TestLink.
