This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offers first-level assistance for Workday ERP and iCIMS users by troubleshooting, resolving issues, and escalating complicated cases.

• Collects and documents functional specifications for system enhancements and updates.

• Conducts system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Creates training materials, guides, and documentation for end-users.

• Provides support for iCIMS and Workday modules, such as HCM, payroll, finance, and time tracking.

• Monitors and addresses support tickets using internal tracking systems.

• Works collaboratively with IT and business teams to ensure smooth integrations and data flow.

• Participates in system upgrades, patch testing, and regression testing activities.

• Aids in data analysis and reporting within HR systems for business decision-making and compliance purposes.

• Remains updated on system best practices, new features, and updates.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, finance, human resources, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, ERP administration, HR, HRIS, finance support, or a related area.

• Familiarity with Workday ERP and iCIMS or other enterprise systems is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with ticketing systems and basic SQL skills are advantageous.

• Fundamental understanding of ERP systems, ideally Workday and iCIMS, or a strong desire to learn.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze issues and pinpoint root causes.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with business users and technical teams.

• Strong attention to detail accompanied by robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) along with familiarity with reporting tools.

• Basic understanding of business processes in HR, finance, or payroll is a bonus.

• Team-oriented with a customer service attitude and a proactive approach to resolving problems.

• Ability to fulfill the specified physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations.
