Training Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Achieve set monthly and quarterly targets within the small to medium enterprise sector.

• Conduct training for new hires onboarding sales representatives through in-person, virtual video sessions, one-on-one meetings, and group workshops across various international locations.

• Oversee and refine training materials utilizing different design platforms.

• Proactively recognize challenges and issues encountered by managers and frontline staff where training processes or content could be enhanced.

• Collaborate with sales managers to identify training requirements and potential areas for improvement.

• Provide constructive feedback on the performance and development of trainees.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both internal stakeholders and external clients, to fulfill program objectives.

• Adjust training delivery based on insights gathered from internal and external stakeholders.

• Execute additional related tasks as assigned.

• Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to enroll participants, monitor learning pathways, and track training progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in corporate or sales training is essential.

• Ability to tailor delivery methods to suit adult learning styles.

• Required experience in direct, B2B, chat, or tele-sales.

• Preferable to have prior experience with cloud solutions.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to foster learner engagement.

• Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google tools (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, etc.).

• Results-oriented with the capability to inspire others and enhance performance.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, adjusting priorities as necessary.

• Current internal applicants must be surpassing performance metrics in their existing roles.
