Training Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the small to medium enterprise sector.

• Facilitate new hire training for onboarding sales representatives through in-person, virtual video sessions, one-on-one meetings, and group workshops across global regions.

• Oversee and refine training content utilizing various design platforms.

• Proactively seek out challenges and issues encountered by managers and front-line employees where training processes or content can be optimized.

• Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and potential areas for improvement.

• Offer constructive feedback on trainee performance and development.

• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, including both internal and external clients, to fulfill program objectives.

• Adjust training delivery based on input from internal and external clients.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to enroll learners and monitor their learning pathways and training progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in corporate or sales training is essential.

• Capability to tailor delivery to accommodate adult learning preferences.

• Required experience in direct, B2B, chat, or tele-sales.

• Previous experience with cloud solutions is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills are necessary.

• Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor to foster learner engagement.

• Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google products (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, etc.).

• Results-driven with the ability to inspire others and enhance performance.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, adjusting priorities as necessary.

• Internal candidates must be exceeding performance metrics in their current role.
