Training Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the TENM training initiative

• Direct both the instructional development and training implementation teams

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to evaluate OEM content

• Establish learning objectives and structured design documents for NET programs

• Determine training needs based on site and technology

• Formulate the NET training strategy

• Manage the creation of course training materials alongside instructional designers, graphic designers, and OEM SMEs

• Tailor training content to meet specific site requirements using existing OEM materials

• Create NET Plans of Instruction for Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced training levels

• Design and evaluate both formal and informal initial operator training

• Offer continuous training and user assistance

• Collaborate with the ATEC SO to secure suitable on-site training facilities and necessary supplies

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult education

• Active Secret Clearance required

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Skilled in technical writing

• Familiarity with CBT content authoring platforms

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Knowledge of graphic design tools

• Willingness to travel 10%–25% of the time

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
