This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of training and development initiatives across automotive programs.
• Manage training efforts related to vehicle launches, new products, technologies, and network preparedness.
• Create learning strategies that align with business goals and workforce capability requirements.
• Ensure that training programs yield measurable outcomes, maintain quality, and achieve operational excellence.
• Handle multiple training projects, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate project plans and facilitate communications with stakeholders.
• Conduct project review meetings and provide progress updates and results to leadership and clients.
• Foster continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving and process optimization.
• Lead and nurture multidisciplinary teams.
• Offer coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
• Encourage accountability, innovation, and a culture of continuous learning.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Align stakeholders on project scope, expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build relationships at all organizational levels and influence key stakeholders.
• Ensure training processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Propel innovation in learning methodologies and training delivery methods.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and implement enhancements.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven experience in Training & Development.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and delivery.
• Strong background in the automotive sector, particularly in supporting vehicle launch initiatives.
• Experience in team leadership and people management.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and concurrent projects in dynamic settings.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Advanced English proficiency is desired.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency is desired.
• Experience in managing external training suppliers and partners is a plus.
• Experience in supporting dealer networks, aftersales, sales, or technical automotive training is highly desirable.
